- All items must be returned in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) and must not be tampered with in any way, shape or form. - All refund and return claims must be accompanied by an image of the original placed order and an image of the received product in its original condition along with the receipt for proof of purchase. - Refunds and/or returns are not allowed except for the following cases: - Product is unavailable after order is made. - If the product received is incorrect (incorrect design, color, etc.). - If the product is damaged upon arrival. - Any detected purposeful tampering with the received product or false/fraudulent refund and/or return claims will result in your claim being denied. - Please note that the color of the products may vary due to multiple variables such as lighting conditions and camera effects. - Damage caused by customer carelessness does not belong to the fault of the company if the product received is in standard condition.
